Follow the steps below for the fastest handling.<\/p>\n\n<h3>1) Returns within 30 days<\/h3>\n<p>You can return items within <strong>30 days from the delivery date<\/strong> and receive a <strong>full refund for the product<\/strong>, provided the item is approved under the terms below.<\/p>\n<ul>\n  <li><strong>Shipping costs are not refunded.<\/strong><\/li>\n  <li>Refunds are made to the same payment method used for the purchase (e.g., card).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3>2) Items that cannot be returned<\/h3>\n<p>The following exceptions apply:<\/p>\n<ul>\n  <li><strong>Sale\/Outlet:<\/strong> Items marked as <strong>\u201csale\u201d<\/strong> or <strong>\u201coutlet\u201d<\/strong> <strong>cannot<\/strong> be returned or exchanged.<\/li>\n  <li><strong>International outside the EU:<\/strong> Returns and exchanges are <strong>not<\/strong> accepted for orders outside the EU.<\/li>\n  <li><strong>Special orders:<\/strong> Items marked or stated as <strong>special order<\/strong> are not eligible for return\/exchange.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3>3) Item condition \u2013 for an approved return<\/h3>\n<p>All returned items must be <strong>unused<\/strong> and <strong>unwashed<\/strong>. For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot refund items that show clear signs of use, washing or wear.<\/p>\n<p>Items that do not meet these requirements <strong>cannot<\/strong> be refunded and may instead be <strong>donated to local charity<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<h3>4) Complaint \u2013 faulty or defective item<\/h3>\n<p>Have you received a faulty or defective item?
