Returns

Returns are accepted up to 30 days after the delivery date for a full refund of the product. Shipping costs are not refundable. Refunds for goods are made to the card you paid for the order with or another original payment method.

All sales are final for items marked “sale/rea” and “outlet/utförsäljning”. You cannot return these goods.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted for international orders outside the EU.

If your order contains incorrect or defective items, please contact us within three working days of delivery and we will be happy to resolve the issue. Our customer service team is available Monday – Friday, 09.00-17.00 and can be reached on +358 18 4452303 or info@alandsbutken.com, All returned goods must be unused and unwashed. All returned products that show signs of washing or wear will not be refunded and will be donated to a local charity.

If items are returned after the 30-day period, or are otherwise ineligible under our policy (such as “sale”, “special order”, or “international”), an Åland Online credit will only be issued for the cost of the goods. Tax and shipping costs are not refundable. The returned product will be sold to someone else or donated upon receipt and you are not entitled to a reshipment of the goods.

Should there be any problems or questions regarding your return or exchange, we will contact you via email. Be sure to add Åland Online och Ålandsbutiken to your list of approved senders that some email providers may filter as spam.

To return items, report your case here and fill in all fields carefully for the fastest possible processing time. Wait until you receive a return report number.
We do not accept returns without a case number being created and approved.

Åland Online is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages, And we recommend that you choose a delivery method with insurance and tracking. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
