Note! We do not dispatch orders on weekends or Swedish public holidays.



Delivery time and split shipments


Normal delivery time is usually up to 1–2 weeks from ordering, depending on stock availability and the selected shipping method. In some cases, an order may be split into multiple shipments (e.g., if items are shipped from different warehouses).


In some cases, orders may take up to 10 business days before they leave our warehouse.



Address and delivery responsibility


Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Åland Online is not responsible for packages that are lost or returned due to an incorrectly entered address.


We do not deliver to PO boxes.



Tracking and where is my package?


Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after the package has been registered with the carrier.


If you can’t find your package: start by contacting the carrier via the tracking link or your local pickup point. If you still need help, email us at info@aland.se and include your order number, and we’ll help you further.



If the package appears to be lost


If the package cannot be located, we can open a case with the carrier. Processing time can be approximately 2–3 weeks from when the case is registered.



Change an order


An order can only be changed on the same day it is placed.



Express shipping and faster options


Faster delivery options may be available at checkout. Price and availability depend on the items’ weight and your delivery address. Please note that orders placed on a Friday are normally dispatched no earlier than Monday (even with express options), since we do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

If a package is returned to Åland Online for any reason, only the value of the goods will be refunded. The package will not be reshipped.

By completing your order, you agree to become the importer of the package and of your order. In this way, you assume full responsibility for any additional import charges.


Åland Online does not pay import taxes, duties, or brokerage fees, and we do not include them in our shipping prices either.


Contact your local customs office for an estimate of these fees. You must pay these fees for your package to be delivered. If the shipping company is unable to collect duties or brokerage fees associated with your order, the package will be disposed of. No refund will be issued in such cases.

Deliveries to international addresses outside the EU


Important: For orders shipped to addresses outside the EU, all international sales are final. This means that returns and exchanges are generally not accepted (see the exception for claims below).

Stock availability


If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you with an estimated delivery date or help you choose an alternative product.



Address and contact details


Please make sure the delivery address is correct and that your country’s postal service delivers to the address exactly as you entered it. Also provide a daytime phone number so the carrier can reach you in case of delivery issues.


If a package is returned to Åland Online for any reason, only the value of the goods will be refunded. The package will not be reshipped. Shipping costs (including return shipping) are non-refundable.



Customs, import VAT, and fees


By completing your order, you agree to be the importer of the shipment. This means you are responsible for any import VAT, customs duties, and possible administrative/brokerage fees that may apply.


Åland Online does not pay import VAT, duties, or brokerage fees, and these are not included in our shipping prices.


Please contact your local customs office for an estimate of these fees before placing your order. These fees must usually be paid for your package to be delivered.


If the carrier is unable to collect fees associated with your order, the package may, in some cases, be returned, held, or disposed of according to local regulations. No refund will be issued in such cases.



Returns, exchanges, and claims


Returns and exchanges are not accepted for international orders outside the EU.

Because customs processing varies between countries, an exact delivery date is often difficult to guarantee.
